Sieve cleaners for plansifter sieves without backwire

All around the world, sieves without backwire are becoming increasingly commonplace within plansifters. This is why FILIP offers a double cleaner that not only cleans the sieve mesh and the collection pan at the same time, but can also tilt and rotate within the sieve frame. These double cleaners are available for both flour and other primary sieves. Both double cleaners are exceptionally suitable for use in frames such as those in the Nova and Novapur ranges.

Advantages of the double cleaner

Our tried-and-tested triangular design, which has proven its worth time and again for everyday use, can now also be found in our double cleaner. The result is a cleaner with a whole host of advantages:

a dynamic knocking and cleaning effect thanks to the ideal combination of form and weight
outstanding sieve cleaning thanks to bristles or studs over the entire surface area
extremely effective corner cleaning thanks to bristle or stud material set right into the corners
effective pan cleaning thanks to four effective pan cleaning elements (slider knob, tongue and two corner scrapers)

Our double cleaners work best with a distance of 29–30 mm between the bottom of the sieve and the sieve mesh. In the event of minor deviations in space between the sieve bottom and mesh, we can adapt our sieve cleaning brush to suit your technical requirements.
